Player Arrival:
Players must arrive at hotel by 8pm on June 26th

Player Departure: *PLEASE NOTE CHANGES
The last flight that leaves Louisville on June 30th is 5:30pm. It is not garaunteed that competition will conclude before this time. The safest bet is to depart on July 1st.

Flights: Players need to make their own flight arrangements. If any players are traveling alone, we can provide them with the coaches and/or staff flights, so they can be on a flight with an adult.
