Covington and Baton Rouge
The VolleyKidz program is designed to enhance athleticism in boys and girls between the ages of 3-8 while introducing them to the fun and exciting sport of volleyball. Players will participate in volleyball drills as well as relay races, agility courses and much more!
About VolleyKidz
This program is 6 sessions,
with 1 hour of training each session.
The training will put an emphasis on motor development through various volleyball skills and fun activities. The exercises and drills will help to teach the athletic skills of hand-eye coordination, spatial relationships, foot speed, agility, strength, posture, help reduce fear, improve endurance, and establish discipline along with some specific volleyball techniques. Boys and girls, ages 3-8 will receive instruction and have fun building a passion for the sport using a lighter ball and lower net.
